C-CAP United States Virgin Islands, St. Thomas 2003-2007-Era Land Cover Change Analysis
Dataset Identification:
Resource Abstract:
This data set contains the 2003-era and 2007-era classifications of St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands and can be used
to analyze change. This data set utilized 32 full or partial ADS40 scenes which were analyzed according to the Coastal Change
Analysis Program (C-CAP) protocol to determine land cover.

Completeness Commission
evaluation Method Description
Data does not exist for all classes. Many classes of from-to change never occurred in St. Thomas.
Completeness Omission
evaluation Method Description
Data does not exist for all classes. Many classes of from-to change never occurred in St. Thomas.
ConceptualConsistency
measure Description
Tests for logical consistency indicate that all row and column positions in the selected latitude/longitude window contain
data. Conversion and integration with vector files indicates that all positions are consistent with earth coordinates covering
the same area. Attribute files are logically consistent.
